EXECUTIVE STUDENT ORGANIZATION

MISSION:
            -to teach office administration students to be an effective & well trained executive someday.
            -make them as an asset in different companies, they planned to apply.
            -to test his capabilities and be his guide as he starts his journey as an executive individual.

VISION:
            As a future Adminiatrator they will apply the knowledge they gain from this organization that will manifest his strategies in facing the challenges in his career.

OBJECTIVE:
            -Its objective is to support future administator in the field they choose to be.
            -To trained them to be a good executive administrator and a good leader to his subordinates, and;
            -Make them to be successful as heexplore in his career.

GROUPED BEHAVIOR:
            The organization is happy, they come up in different situations of each and everyone, although there are some situations they did not understand each other, the respect is always there, they help and support each others company to make the activity to be successful that build new ideas for the problem/activity to be solved.

LEADERSHIP:
             When it comes to leadership everybody has a potential, but nobody wants to be leader, instead they just performing the task that was assign to them. They just follow the good suggestion by eveyone, especially when it comes from the superior that they think is right.

ORGANIZATION BEHAVIOR:
              There are some who cnnot speak Englis fluently they'll just listen to what was said by the speaker, they are shy in opening their ideas, afraid to be criticize by others, at some point they go on and follow to the discussion.

MENTOR AND STUDENT RELATIONSHIP:
               Listening to the superior is very importznt, that is why they do that, following the different instructions, understandig and respect each and everyone's opinion.
